  • Connecting and supporting our members in small, more personal groups.

  • CONNECT Leads:  Cy-FARE members volunteer to serve as a "CONNECT LEAD"

  • Each LEAD will connect with 10-15 members

​

  • Connecting activities could be through email, phone calls, texts, or personal visits
    ​
